[ スイーツ ]
ピーナッツバター作り
千葉の叔母から頂いたいておきながら、
食べあぐねてた落花生を使って、
子供たちとピーナッツバターを作った。
私でも面倒と思うほど、果てしない作業だったけど、
やっぱり手作りは格別美味。
自分好みの濃度に仕上げた。
裏ごし後のカスは、菜の花との和え物に使った。
