あいりと合作のアップルパイ
あいり２歳136日
今週末は、ど〜うしても昼間も仕事しなきゃいけなくて
子供達と遊んであげれなかった。
だからパパ一人で子守と家事。
でもちょっと仕事の空き時間ができたので、
その間にアイリにアップルパイ作りを体験させた。
なんでアップルパイかというと、
そこにリンゴと冷凍パイシートがあったから。
リンゴのフィリングは午前中に圧力鍋でチャチャっとつくっておいた。
・りんご……3玉
・砂 糖……100cc
・バター……大３
・レモン汁…大２
・シナモン…少々
・ラム酒……小１
１）冷凍パイシートにフィリングをのせて…
↓
２）その上にお布団かけてあげて…
↓
３）端っこをキュッキュッとしてあげて…
↓
４）卵を塗り塗りしてあげるの。
↓
５）250度で15分→160度で15分焼いたら出来上がり♪
オーブンで焼いてある間、「アップルパイ見張っててよ」と頼むと、
ゴミ袋に捨てられた冷凍パイシートのパッケージに印刷された
アップルパイの写真を一生懸命見張ってたアイリ。。。
教訓：アップルパイ 焼きたて食べると やけどする
